Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1-3/4 c. water
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
1 6-oz. tomato paste
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add water, spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
Stir together and simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with cheese, onion, green pepper, olives and pepperoni.
Keep hot in a 400\u00b0 oven.
Mix together the eggs, milk, oil and flour until smooth.
Pour over the meat mixture.
Bake
for 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
