Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
    Arrange in 8-inch square pan.
    In small saucepan melt oleo; blend in flour and salt.
    Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Stir in milk; heat until boiling and thickened, stirring occasionally.
    Blend in cheese.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
    Garnish with tomato slices.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
