Spinach Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well-drained
    parmesan cheese
    seasoned breadcrumbs
    buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain hearts and chestnuts - reserve liquid.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Mix in melted butter, sour cream, chestnuts, and hearts.
    Add spinach and about 1 c. of crumbs.
    Mix in enough liquid to make moist*, almost soupy.
    Top with parmesan cheese then buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 15 minutes.
