Basic Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Form into about 18 meat balls, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Arrange in dish and cover with waxed paper.
    Cook in microwave, covered, on Full power for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
    Drain.
