Vegetable Medley Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 bell pepper
    1 ripe tomato
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop vegetables fine; season with celery salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
    Mix gelatine and hot water in a separate bowl.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Fold this mixture into vegetables. Refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
