Cheese-Noodle-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach*
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    *I always use 1 bag fresh spinach and steam for a couple of minutes.
