Mother'S Easy Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

First heat milk to scalding; add butter.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Stir into milk.
Pour into 9-inch pie crust which has been brushed lightly with egg whites.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes (may sprinkle lightly with nutmeg before baking if you like nutmeg).
Very easy and very good!
