Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower or broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup (undiluted)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until soft; drain.
    Combine all ingredients, except chives, in container of an electric blender; blend until smooth.
    Add chives.
    Heat well and season to taste.
    Serves 4 to 6.
