Texas Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. firm tofu
    1 c. vegetarian chili (Chiliman is best)
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. tamari
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs with tamari.
    Slice tofu in 1/2-inch thick slices. Dip in egg mixture, then bread with wheat germ.
    Flash fry in oil in nonstick pan. Turn once.
    Lower heat.
    Pour remaining egg mixture over tofu slices.
    As soon as it's set, sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and turn off heat.
    Warm chili. As soon as cheese is melted, slide entire tofu dish onto platter.
    Top with chili. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, raw onions, grated cheese and salsa.
