Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boned chicken breasts
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 bell peppers, cut in strips
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. sweet and sour sauce
juice from pineapple
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
Arrange pineapple chunks and bell pepper strips on top of chicken.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
