Yum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain peanut butter
    2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. orange juice (undiluted)
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
    Yield: 4 dozen balls.
