Chicken Curry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Best Foods/Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 large pkg frozen spinach
1 large pkg frozen broccoli
1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. stewing chicken
Mushrooms, if desired
Crushed potato chips
Grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Stew the chicken and pick the meat off the bones.
Mix undiluted soup and mayonnaise until blended; stir in curry powder. Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions, drain and mix together.
Layer vegetables, then chicken, then sauce. Repeat. Top with crumbled potato chips and grated cheese.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove lid and cook an additional 10 minutes to brown top.
