Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crab or salmon, drained
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
pepper
parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayo
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Melt together, putting baking powder in last.
Roll in cracker crumbs or flour.
Saute in butter.
