Tangy Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. box rotini
    1 small green pepper
    2 to 3 carrots, grated
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Mix together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, Eagle Brand milk and sugar.
    Add the cooked rotini, green pepper, carrots and onion.
    Stir together and allow to set overnight.
    Mixture will thicken.
    Stir before serving.
