Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork spareribs
1 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 (1-inch) piece ginger root, sliced and crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
-
Brown spareribs in a large pot over medium flame, about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
