Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 small cans chicken
chopped onion (if desired)
1 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat soup until hot. Add sour cream and chicken.
Mix and keep warm. Soften tortillas in salad oil or dip in hot water. Fill with cheese, sour cream and chicken mixture and onion.
Roll.
Repeat until all tortillas are filled and placed in casserole dish.
Pour leftover mixture over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
