Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    salt, garlic and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    rice (according to pkg.)
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
    Mix salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Worcestershire with flour.
    Coat steak.
    Put oil into a large pot.
    Brown steak on both sides.
    Add milk, bell pepper and onion.
    Let cook on low about 1 hour, stirring often.
    Cook rice according to package.
