Chocolate Cherry Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package except bake 20 minutes. Beat vanilla, egg, milk and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes.
Cool 2 hours. Spread with pie filling.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch or 2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 48 small or 24 large brownies.
