Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
6 chicken breasts
3 tsp. flour
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. chopped tarragon or Tagetes Lucida
1 small onion, sliced
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream all but teaspoon of the margarine with 2 tablespoons tarragon and salt and pepper.
Place chicken in baking dish and spread the herb mix over it.
Add the onion.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
Remove the chicken.
Place on a serving dish and keep warm.
