Beverly'S Blender Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In blender, put sugar, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and enough milk to fill blender to 1 1/2-inch from top.
    Mix for 30 seconds or until blended.
    Pour into 2 deep pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Turn off oven and leave pies in oven to cool down. Perfect every time.
