Sauce A Rachid (Peanut Butter Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar peanut butter, creamy
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 whole chicken cut into pieces
    3 large onions
    1 lb. carrots, cut
    1 head cabbage
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Soften peanut butter in deep pan.
    Add tomatoes and hot sauce to taste.
    In another pan, brown chicken pieces.
    Drain and set aside.
    Using same oil, brown vegetables.
    Drain.
    Add chicken and vegetables to sauce.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
