Pennies From Heaven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scraped carrots (sliced like pennies)
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrot slices until tender (not mushy).
    Mix rest of ingredients, pour over carrot slices, after drained well. Refrigerate 6 hours or more before serving.
