Sesame Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. brewer's yeast
1/2 c. sesame seed
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. soy flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water, beaten slowly into 2/3 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add water/oil combination and mix as for pie crust.
Knead in bowl until smooth.
Divide into two parts and knead again.
Roll out to 1/8-inch or less in thickness directly onto cookie sheet.
Mark into desired shape and prick with a fork.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until crackers are slightly brown and crisp.
