Swedish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except butter. Coat hot pan with butter.
    Pour remaining butter into batter and mix. Pour by spoonful into pan. Raise pan to run batter around pan in thin layer.
    Cooks very quickly.
