Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. hamburger
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown and drain beef.
    Stir in 3/4 c. sauce, 1 c. cheese, and veggies.
    Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll.
    Place in 13 x 9 pan, seam side down.
    Spoon remaining sauce and cheese over the top.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
