Sally Skok'S Rice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
Preparation
    Cook two cups rice in 5 cups salted water (1 tablespoon salt) until all water is absorbed.
    Add the butter and cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
