Sour Cream-Popcorn Meal Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. popcorn meal
3 Tbsp. melted butter flavor Crisco
1 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, shortening and sour cream.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Grease a square cake pan with shortening and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
