Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese
    1 jar Old English or Cheddar cheese
    1 c. finely ground pecans
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 small grated onion or more
    ground or finely chopped parsley to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Keep cheese at room temperature and mix up with hands.
    Add 1/2 cup nuts, parsley, Worcestershire and onions.
    Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator until firm, then roll into ball and roll entire ball in mixture of remaining nuts and parsley.
    Press onto snack crackers.
