Arkansas Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme, undiluted
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 c. water
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, cut into julienne strips
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
