Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except poppy seed.
    Beat for 4 minutes.
    Fold in poppy seed.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans, ungreased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Insert toothpicks to test if done.
