Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast fillets
1 10 oz cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
2 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 stack ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook chicken in skillet with small amount of water until tender; drain. Cut into medium chunks. Place in bottom of 9x13 dish. Combine soups, sour cream, and milk. Add salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over chicken top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice or egg noodles.
