Santa Fe Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 c. chopped purple onions
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro (green leafy vegetables)
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    Serve with fish or poultry.
