Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 bushel tomatoes
    5 to 7 lb. onions
    10 green mangos
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    5 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Peel and cube the tomatoes.
    Drain off all excess liquid from the tomatoes, onions and mangos.
    Add remaining ingredients and boil about 1 hour.
    Makes 25 pints.
