Turkey Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 yellow onion
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 large can red enchilada sauce
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 .c grated Cheddar cheese
    scallions
    1 small can chopped olives
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onion in skillet; drain.
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce.
    Layer tortillas, turkey, cheese and sour cream.
    Repeat.
    Top the dish with tortillas, remainder of sauce, cheese, olives and scallions.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
