Spicy Orange Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecan halves
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar and the orange juice. Add pecans; coat well.
    Drain and roll in well mixed dry ingredients.
    Separate nuts on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until dry.
    Turn off oven when dry, so they do not burn.
