Chicken Tandoori - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken
1 Tbsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 c. plain yogurt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spread over chicken.
Marinate at least 12 hours.
Bake for 45 minutes at 425\u00b0. Also may be cooked on an outdoor grill.
