Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 bay leaf
    salted water
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions and tops, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with bay leaf in salted water.
    Drain and remove bay leaf; cool.
    Peel potatoes and grate coarsely.
    Add melted margarine to mixture; blend until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
