Blender Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of cayenne
Preparation

Heat butter
to
bubbling
in
saucepan.
Do not brown. Put egg
yolks,
lemon\tjuice,\tsalt and cayenne into electric blender container.\tCover
and quickly flick motor on and off. Remove cover, turn
motor\ton high and immediately add the hot butter in a
steady
stream
slowly.\tWhen
all
the butter is added, turn off
motor.
Keep
sauce
warm by setting the container in a saucepan
containing 2 inches warm water.
Do not let water boil. Makes 3/4 cup or enough to serve 4.
