Nut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar, while beating constantly.
    Fold in chopped pecans and sprinkle with salt.
    Drop from tip of spoon 1-inch apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in
    a moderate oven (350\u00b0) until delicately browned.
