1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 boneless chicken breast fillets (approximately 4 oz. each), skinned, all visible fat removed)
