Provence Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big tomato (per person)
    1 clove garlic (per person)
    fresh parsley
    olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Peel garlic and cut in tiny pieces. Chop parsley.
    Cut tomatoes in half.
    Place in oven dish, cut side up.
    Sprinkle tomatoes with 2 drops of olive oil, garlic and parsley.
    Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
