Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/4 sticks margarine, melted
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour into both pie shells evenly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
