Cole Slaw Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix jello in hot water.
    Add mayonnaise, cold water, salt and vinegar.
    Let set until thickens, then whip with mixer.
    Add cabbage, celery, onion and green pepper.
    Place in 8 x 10 dish. Chill in refrigerator.
