Spinach Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust, not baked
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 large eggs
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Defrost, drain and squeeze chopped spinach.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line deep dish with pie crust.
    Mix beaten eggs, salt, pepper and 3 cheeses with spinach.
    Pour mixture into crust.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until egg is set.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
