Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. peeled crawfish or shrimp
3 tubes Kraft jalapeno cheese
8 oz. half and half milk
2 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green pepper
12 oz. grated Cheddar
16 oz. boiled fettucine
1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo; saute onions and green pepper.
Add milk and jalapeno cheese on medium heat until melted.
Add crawfish.
Heat on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes (stir to prevent sticking). Add boiled fettucine and stir well.
Put in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes and cover with Cheddar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
