Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
    Shape into ovals about the size of large meatballs.
    Pour can of tomato juice over croquettes. Cover with lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until juice cooks down to a thick sauce.
    Serves 4 to 6.
