Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. green tomatoes
    2 red peppers (bell)
    2 green peppers (bell)
    3 onions
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind together tomatoes, peppers and onions.
    Add 2 tablespoons pickling salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain well.
    Add sugar, vinegar, water and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes.
    Drain well again.
    Cool completely.
    Add mustard and mayonnaise.
    Seal in jars.
    Stores well in refrigerator. Excellent served with crackers.
