Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut into strips
    1 stick oleo, melted in skillet
    flour to roll steak in
    3 c. beef broth
    1 large jar mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour, brown in skillet on both sides.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add beef broth, mushrooms and sour cream. Simmer until sour cream is melted.
    Serve over buttered egg noodles.
