Nora Faye'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    6 oz. margarine
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; set aside. Cut up margarine and pour boiling water over it. Stir until melted; cool. Add cold water. Stir in sugar, salt, slightly beaten egg and yeast mixture. Mix well. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Add remaining 2 cups flour. Beat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
