Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, minced
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped up
    several stalks celery, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 sweet red pepper, diced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    garlic powder to taste or 1/4 tsp.
Preparation
    Brown meat in frypan, breaking it up as it fries.
    Add onion to pan and cook.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Slowly bring to boil, then turn to simmer for about 2 hours.
